The jar of Hazelnut & Pistachio dukkah MF added to the goody bags contained hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds and herbs & spices CP - it's a really nice one from Ogilvie & Co in Perth.

Leftover honey baked pumpkin and sundried tomato risotto shaped into risotto cakes and pan fried (similar to arancini but flat, no cheese in middle and not quite so naughty).

Although my freezer is full I have very little meat in it. I found some schnitzel steak in it so I am planning to marinade strips of it and give it a quick stir fry, add spinach and serve with rice. The cupboard is very bare here. Shopping tomorrow.
