Dinner tonight.... corned silverside, mashed potatoes, steamed green veg + carrot, garlic bread. :)

Pending a trip to the shops (why did I forget these on Sat???) to buy coconut milk and ginger there will be beef massaman curry.  if not it will be a mini lamb roast.  Both something to look forward to *grin*

Curried fish patties, crunchy noodle salad (both robo gourmet) and some leftover Polish Beetroot salad if its still ok
