Lovely tasty meals everyone.

I have a visitor all day today so it won't be much for dinner tonight. :)

We ended up having sausage rolls from the freezer with some left over potato and an egg.

Leftover cashew chicken. All gone now. I think I might call a strike tomorrow night or suck it up and pull sausage rolls and wontons out of freezer :)

We had a slow cooked beef pot roasted in red wine and porcini mushroom sauce with parmesan  polenta, asparagus and broccolini.

It's a very easy dish Judy and very tasty. My DH loves it. We have enough leftover for another meal and more. One of our favourites.

I have never cooked a pot roast. Have heard it mentioned a lot on American shows. If it's easy I must give it a go.

We are having a chicken potroast tonight!
I have had two dental implants put in and don't feel like cooking or eating.
Just put whole chicken in slow cooker with two lemons sqeezed, tamari, brown sugar, baby carrots and stock.
Cook on low all day.
I will serve it with rice.
Smells beautiful already.
