Wednesday was beef goulash & mash (the Suzanne Gibbs pressure cooker book)...really nice, using smoked paprika



Thurs was chevap burgers with caramelised onions



And tonight is smoked chicken & avocado fettucini

.........EAT CAKE!

last night was lamb chops
Tonight T Bones with veges, and spag Bol for kids
Chicken and vege pies tommorow
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Somehow it's ended up being a Maddy's meals weekend! Mums meat slice last night and chorizo risotto tonight.

We had mince with vege ravioli in it with a cheese sauce over and oven baked - sort of like Johnro's macaroni beef with a twist!!  ;D

Tonight: lamb forequarter roast in the slowcooker with acti-fried potatoes and kumara, steamed veg (TM), gravy (TM) and a summer salad.  :)

We had Maddy's Mum's Meat Slice last night. I only did half the recipe but we all loved it.
