I made mushroom risotto using the recipe on the chip but needed to cook it for much longer and wasn't paying enough attention and it turned to mush. Tasted good but it looked terrible and was a bit like eating  savoury porridge.  DD who is always disappointed when we have porridge for tea wasn't in the room when we were commenting on it being overcooked mush ate it without a comment and then at the end said how nice it was  ;D

Wonder, we haven't used it for a while but am hoping to use it a lot more now. We did pizzas and also cooked up 2kg of tandoori chicken, I think we have perfected the pizzas and the chicken now. We have done, pork, lamb, different types of chicken, mann & pizzas in it to date. I am hoping to try different recipes this summer.

Hope your well and would love to hear what your cooking in it.

Hally that food looks great. I don't think our pizzas look as good as yours but DH says they look the same  :D

We ended up having 4 extra 19 year old boys for dinner after DD's friends played golf with DH and DS. I had made a Vienna loaf, potato salad from the festive cookbook, beetroot salad from Teninnas xmas book from last year, grilled chicken which had been marinated in tikka paste mixed with some yoghurt, grilled lamb cutlets, sausages and then the apple cake from the TM5 cookbook and custard. All cleaned up now and they've all gone out clubbing!!
