My Mum cooked us dinner tonight..... ;) ;)

Apricot chicken and veges. Yummy.

 I will cook tomorrow night for all of us.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

for those who live in Perth, the cash and carry at Balcatta is great for bulk buy of takeaway containers.

 yes Ikea is now open Sundays In WA, can't stand the place myself! But do love my pastry mat for bread making.

Last night we had stuffed squid and tonight is fillet steak with mushroom sauce, baked potato and either veg or salad, haven't decided yet.  :)

I just put an Apricot and Pumpkin Chicken casserole in the fridge to marinate for a few hours before putting it in the slow cooker :)

Julie...I know you can't wait around to take a shot of the squid...BUT would love to have seen it  :P

I think the rest of the family is all chicken'd out this week, no doubt hubby is craving red meat....but I really feel like Chelsea's prawn risotto....oh the decisions!   :P
