Nice to know what the problem is Cookie.  Good to know there is something you can do when the time comes.
DJ, a fantastic way to while away the time. Love to you x

I finally did the First Aid course I threatened to do 18 months ago!

Easy peasy, passed no worries. I am now full bottle and I hope I don't have to use it!!

The hardest bit was driving into the city (took 1 1/2 hours to do 45km :o :o ) and finding a parking spot.

And I was pleasantly surprised that after 5 minutes of looking through photographs for my car (the "new" way to park and pay  ??? ) it only cost me $15.70 for 7 hours parking.  :P I was expecting it to be more.  And lucky I had a credit card as the machine didn't take cash!

I hope I don't have to go back into the city for at least another 3 years. My head is aching and the first beer went down way too quick, might have to go find another one  ;D

Cookie I feel for you, I suffered for years with a bad back, and sciatica, would seeing a physio help?

Apparently not Jeninwa. I was told that exercise, chiro, nor physio would help as it was degenerative.

Congratulations Nikkit. You did well with your parking. It cost us $7.80 for 2 hours in West Perth this morning.

Well done Nikkit. Poor you cookie. Eventually you will have to do "it" but for now just cope.

It costs me 70 cents an hour in Cairns if I can't find a freebie.

Bad backs are such a curse, Cookie, I do hope you can manage until such time as you can receive successful treatment to help you cope.  I can only imagine what you must be going through.

Poor you, Cookie. I've got a bad back too, with teensy slipped discs in 3 spots. Can't stand too long. Need comfortable shoes with proper support in the house, or my back would hurt more. Chiro didn't help at all.

Hugs xxx

Poor us. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Fortunately or unfortunately, I'm not sure which, my caught nerves make me limp. The pain is in my thigh mainly and then it goes numb. I saw it all on the scans and it was fully explained to me. I really appreciated it as I like to know what is wrong. This morning DH helped me shop. Never again, I would rather have pain in my leg. Then he dropped the bocconcinni when we were putting it away. He is not a good shopper. :-\ :-\
Take care BZB.

Oh now I have spots of tea on my screen ;D After enduring enjoying DH's assistance around the house for the past year or so, I know exactly what you mean Cookie  ;D

Don't know if this is useful but a friend with sciatica gets some relief by doing restorative yoga (and I do it to keep my neck in reasonable working order). Restorative yoga is much gentler that mainstream yoga but it was tricky to find a teacher that suited us.

Take care of yourselves BZB and Cookie .

Food shopping is strictly a female chore in my house, always has been and always will be.  A lesson learned Cookie LOL.

Cookie my DH has been retired for 25 years. Nuff said. At least yours can cook!

I hope the damn nerve thing settles.

Poor you Cookie, sounds awful. I certainly can sympathise having suffered sciatica.  Bless DH at least he tries.
