Roast lamb dinner tonight.

I previously had a steel Paella pan and while it's the traditional type of pan I find the solid base pans like scan pan or the cast iron give me a better end result and yes no rust

i have made 300g of fresh pasta and was going to make fettuccine boscaiola, but i changed my mind

Meatballs and spaghetti with lots of hidden veggies in sauce.

With balsamic drizzled salad, and topped with basil/ garlic sourdough croutons.

Bruschetta, lasagna , rocket and asparagus salad with shaved Parmesan here tonight.
