Well done Miss7. They are never too young to start cooking Astarra and the TMX makes it much safer.  What does she want to make next?

Suzanne and INAID, my boys are going through a Frozen phase at the moment. They keep singing or humming the snowman song. Driving me bonkers 😱😝

BZB your food always looks amazing. Your presentation is fantastic. We love Asian food especially Malay and Indonesian. Yum.

Bought the Frozen DVD yesterday for the GK's  in the Queen Victoria market here in Melbourne. I am sure that the six 3-8 year olds will love it.  :D

We all have those moments BZB. Mine has lasted about 5 months or more now but hopefully I will be back to feeling inspired when I go home. So much has been going on since October that cooking has taken a few backward steps. In fact more than a few.  :o

Still waiting for my thermi so doing a Chile con carne in the slow cooker.  My carer grated the carrot and zucchini for me.  I always add veg so not totally authentic but all Trevor needs to cook is the spaghetti and not worry about veg.  Trevor makes the sauce so I only have to open a jar but we know exactly what goodies are in it.

It sounds as if the TMX is going to be a great help for you Penny, it won't grate per se but you can chop the carrot and zucchini into fine pieces.  Go carefully though or you'll have mashed vegies.  It's trial and error and we all make errors when we are first starting off.

Thanks judydawn, yes I think it will be trial and error to see just how small I can go without making juice :)

We had a vegetable curry pie. It was quite easy and very tasty.
