The pear tartin looks so yummy Julie - You have just reminded me that I have apple pastizzis in the freezer so I am going to pop them in the oven for dessert.

Wonder, I use bought butter puff. I make my own shortcrust, but not puff (can't be bothered)

We're having tuna mornay tonight because eldest DD doesn't like it and she's away at camp!
Bit late replying, but I use tupperware containers to freeze meals, ziplock bags for other stuff like soup, pies etc.

Hoisin chicken in the slow cooker with fried rice and vegies, hopefully it looks as good as Judy's did, it sure does smell nice though
