It was going to be macaroni beef until I made the Tuscan Almond Pesto from Tenina's site. Wow! It was so nice I served it through spaghetti and the kids loved it. Dead easy and so very tasty. Warning though it's very garlicky so don't put all the cloves in if you don't like garlic.

Sausages are popular tonight! 

We had a sausage and bean hotpot made from leftover BBQ sausages, along with sourdough bread that I made yesterday at a sourdough breadmaking course ...... deeeeeeelicious  ;D ;D ;D

We had smoked salmon pasta salad from the official thermomix recipe site, was delish! Baby bear and poppa bear even loved it :)

I went to the hospital canteen and bought some chips.  For some reason DH had ordered an egg salad for his evening meal, something he would not do normally so the chips went down well.  The shop bought coffee was even more appreciated!

Juicy tender BBQ Sirloin in great marinade (will post recipe tomoz), smashed potatoes and a salad.  Fresh fruit salad and yoghurt for dessert. Yum, summer is here  8)

End of year dinner out set Xmas menu I had grilled snapper which was yum. Fourth night eating out in a row, think I will have beans on toast tomorrow to make up for it!!!

we had steak Diane with heaps of veges.
