I have just got some fresh Salmon for tonight's dinner, $51 worth  :o :o :o

Braised steak, cauliflower cheese, jacket potatoes, corn and peas. Didn't look very pretty so I won't post a photo. For dessert, sticky date pudding with butter scotch sauce.

Here's ours. Hubby caught the mud crab, lettuce and lime basil from our garden and I cooked the bread.

Lovely meal INAID.
Tonight we had steamed corned beef with mustard sauce, potatoes and veggies.
Boys had Astarra's milo yoghurt for dessert. They loved it thanks Astarra.

That looks amazing INAID - I love how you put dinner on a platter and everyone helps themselves. It eliminates the stress.  :D Handsome young man there too.

Mich the dessert looks luscious. INAID your meal looks fresh and tasty. I haven't had mud crab for a few years. We had them frequently when we lived in Broome. How do you catch them in Cairns? Drop nets or ??
