Interval/kneading question
« on: May 06, 2012, 10:15:47 am »
am trying to make the EDC gnocchi but the bowl is still reading at 70 deg, and the interval button isn't working.  Is it like the turbo button and wont work if too hot??

exactly right Lexi, remove the bowl and sit it on your bench, it will cool quicker that way (or chuck it in the fridge for a little while  ;))

Oh no. What a bugger :(
I didn't know that one either. But I have never had a warm bowl before kneading to find out :)
