Gert I can't wait to meet you. I love your sense of humour.

Shame on you Gretchen - fancy not knowing about Tenina's Cranberry & Almond granuesli recipe on page 23 in FFS.  It is the best version going around and I am not really a cereal or muesli lover at all.

Too funny. I did not see that recipe and if I did see it I would have flipped the page quickly.

Now I am going to have to get out of bed and look it up.

It is seriously good. I made a whole batch and took it away with me over Easter with some friends. It got demolished in no time at all.

I've just booked my flights and will be arriving on Thursday afternoon. I can't believe it - I'm actually doing this!

I think it is lacking in balance. Very sweet with NO chili!

That's what tweaking is all about!! ;D ;D ;D

(Gert - have you ever tried Herbie's "Chilli Hit" . . .a tiny pocket and purse sized bottle -12 gm - of wonderful heat - a combination of chilli pepper, paprika and ginger . . take it with you anywhere and sprinkle it on whatever you please - even breakfast! ;D )

OMG never hear of it. Gotta get some NOW or make it. Got some fresh ginger in the fridge. Maybe slice and dry it in the oven then blitz it  with some  fresh dried chillies which  I always have. Gunna look it up,right now. Go well with granuesli I reckon.

Thanks for that goldfish.

Goldfish I am doing it.  The postage was too much for Herbies so I am doing this.

Put them into the oven a 100 degrees. Let ya know how it goes soon.

Thanks so much for that.

Gert, that looks great. I'm addicted to affogato, a sprinkle of that over the top, how good would that be. Love chillies too.
