I've just made another batch of Helene's ricotta. I love it with fruit, either fresh or stewed. Actually I love it by the spoonful. ;)
I hope to use some of this batch in a quiche.

Iím just bumping these as I have had a request to do so. With us all in isolation it may be fun to try some. Iíve made ricotta frequently (I actually use Teninaís recipe as itís more fattening!)
recipes
I also made some Haloumi the other day which wasnít exactly slimming, but dairy is good for us, isnít it?

One way or another I have accumulated quite a few vegan cheeze (as they call them) recipes.  Haven't tried any yet, but if anyone is interested I will try to dig some out.
