Herman smells different today as well JD,he's got a "sour" fragrance about him.

I remember making one of these years ago. The actual cake in the end wasn't very nice, but this one looks to be a different recipe.
I'll start tomorrow.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I agree re the old recipe that was round for ages MJ. I've decided I'm taking this one to Monkey Mia once I make it. After a while up there with no cake the morning tea gatherers will eat anything. :D :D :D

When are you off cookie? I'd love to go up north in winter, but that's our busy time. Once seeding looks like starting, I won't see muhc of DH until September!
