Welcome to the forum Bree - your plans sound fun  ;)  By the time you have a family, you will be a very experienced TMX user and the kids will benefit from it immensely.

Hi Bree - welcome to the forum -  I think you'll find you need little else other than the TMX and the forum to keep you going for quite a while!! :)

Thanks ladies, I am busy trying to find Gluten free pasta and keep finding others that I think might end up being first.... and supposed to be sugar free too.

So excited.  :)

Welcome Bree. What part of the outback do you come from?

I will do for sure just going to change the original flour for starters and see what its like, its hard for us to get gluten free stuff out here, they did get flour just not pasta and getting to Perth or Kalgoorlie makes it hard.

Cookie1 I am based in Leinster, goldfields of WA, closer to the desert than any major towns/cities, hence I really need to get to finding stuff to work for us, but the tomatoes and beetroot are planted, garlic on its way so its a start, I just need to plant my strawberries somewhere. Cant wait to make my own tomatoe sauce instead of raiding mums.

I know Leinster Bree. You sure are way out. Your TMX will be a blessing. Is the heat ok with your vegies or do you use shade cloth for them?
