Thanks for the photos Amy. I'll watch the reno with interest.

Another weekend tomorrow! That means the carpenter should be around, so hopefully I'll have another photo or two to post :D

I'm certainly getting sick of the spiders coming in through the hole behind the oven... they're the black hairy ones too :o

This is not my kitchen but it was in one of the posts on my Facebook timeline page this morning.

I thought Maddy might appreciate it for the pink items.  It is a vintage style kitchen that reminds me of one of my favorite tea rooms that went out of business a decade ago - managed by two delightful British ex-pats, both widows, who delighted in introducing Americans to the delights of Cream teas, Afternoon teas and etc.

Vintage kitchen in "candy" colors.

Very cute, but I would be too scared I would get everything untidy and dirty!

I LOVE that kitchen, Andie - I will have one like that one day. (I deserve one for putting up with my miniature kitchen!)

Not for me thanks...I'd be too terrified of getting it dirty.  I did take some photos of my kitchen this morning (prior to the weekend clean...so it doesn't look all that flash)...its small and getting old (my house is nearly 30 years old and its the original kitchen) but its Tasmania Oak and its wearing its age reasonably well.  I am going to have to retake the photos because I was shaking too much and they are blurry :(.

I like vintage but not pink.  Now if it were a nice, rich purple that would be a different matter ...

This one was on my word press forum  last week.

It's not vintage but it sure is purple!

I wouldn't like to wake up to that kitchen after a few drinks the night before.

Omg I couldn't cook in those kitchens. Too scared I would wreck it. They look pretty though.
