another newby...
« on: August 04, 2011, 09:16:59 am »
After months of lurking around in the background I have become a member!

I have had my TM for about four months (although we were on holidays for one month of that time and I was told I couldnt take it with me :()
This forum has been really usefull and I have loved all of the recipes that I have tried so far and there is still so many more to try. So thank you to all the great members! ;D

I hope to try and add a couple of my own converted recipes eventually, I will just have to remember to write things down as I do them.

I'm not bossy, I just have better ideas!

Hi Cleo, thanks for finally joining us.  Now you are an official member, please add your reviews to the recipes you have tried - it helps others decide whether to do a recipe or not.  When converting, it is essential to write down every single step and not think you will remember it later as you probably won't ;)  I usually write down what I think I am going to do first then it is easy to just adjust the times and speed as you go.  Looking forward to seeing some of your recipes on the forum.

Hi Cleo and welcome to the forum. Why not pop over and enter in the poll so we can keep track of where our members are from.
We have lots of delicious recipes here that our members have kindly posted - and here is my current list of favourites - we also look forward to hearing from you if you have any queries, comments or converted recipes of your own to offer.

Thanks for the greetings.

Judy thanks for tips on converting. I will try to go through and comment on some of the recipes I have tried, tonight I am going to give the steamed ginger chicken a whirl.
