I definitely won't be making the seared tuna salad...although now I look at the pic more the tuna is sliced nice and thinly, so perhaps I will. I really like QFITTM, and this has been set out exactly the same. Recipes are very easy with readily available ingredients.

I bought a copy of Alyce's Low Carb book today.  Had a quick glance through and have earmarked a few things to try soon.

Thanks Wonder and Hally for the PC cookbook suggestions.  Will look for those now.
CP I am still waiting for my AA low carb books.  I hope they arrive soon as one is a Xmas present for my DD.

Cooked some stuff from it tonight. DD saw it and asked where she could get a copy. Just played deaf cos I bought the 3 pack so I could give one to DD1 and DD2 for Chrissy.  My MC just broke in half about a month ago and I bought a new one. She said she wished she'd known as she could've got me one for Chrissy. On the other hand somehow I think she would freak if she opened a box, being her one and only pressie from us, and there wrapped in bubble wrap was an MC  ;) she said she would like money as she is going OS on Boxing Day so perhaps I should slip a $20 note in her card  ;)

Very handy cookie, and practical with the back seat.
