Yes,  another baking book.  Bought yesterday at Readings and have just spent 2 hours reading it from cover to cover!

I really like this book Chookie. He is a French baker who lives in the UK.

I have his first book "Dough" which I also love. It probably has more variety of recipes in it, whilst "Crust" is more about specialty breads like sourdough.

Both books have lots of technical info on bread making as well as recipes. Very interesting reading. I made this bread a few weeks ago from the Dough book.

I was seduced by POK too when they had the new Paklite Flightlite luggage on sale. Bought a trio for only $150 normally over $500 and they each weigh just over 2 kilos . I will no doubt never use the biggest one unless I go on a cruise which would be never.

Then I got finger twitching on the MOFO wine site. One tap and the wine is yours.  I won't even give you the link as it is bloody dangerous.
