Now - how come I've let some of my lovely persimmon's go to the chook bin and didn't think of this!! Good idea - although it is freezing cold here at the moment - that might be why sorbets were far from my mind but I think there is enough sun out today to give this ago.
Persimmons are my most favourite fruit in the world Carine - I just love to eat them as they are. I'll have to keep an eye out for some very ripe ones (they seem to take so long to ripen if you buy them firm) and freeze the flesh to try when summer returns.Thanks for the recipe.
