Chookie away on Holiday.

I, with DH, will be away on hols. until late June.  Visiting,  Cape Town, Paris (cooking course with Susan Herrmann Loomis, and visiting Poilane Bakery ). Utrecht,  in the Netherlands.  On to Vienna and then a tour of Scandinavia,  and back to London.  Will try and report on anything of interest to the Forum.  Will probably also try to post on my blog. Will miss cooking,  although this time we are taking apartments in Cape Town,  Paris and Utrecht,   No Thermomix  .  Keep up the good work,  to all members,  and I will have a lot of catching up when I get home.    P.S.  The family and friends are looking after the Chooks.

Hi Chookie
Say hi to Susan from me (In case she doesn't remember my name, we were the group from Zurich, and I was the person who did the organizing). We did a class with her in Paris, in Patricia Wells studio kitchen, in 2008.  I have been meaning to post her class on my blog, but it's sitting in draft form half finished, somewhere in cyberspace. I'll be interested to hear what think of it. Are you going to Normandy or taking the class in Paris? If you're in Paris, at Patrica's studio on Rue Jacob, Laudree is just down the road on the corner of  rue Bonaparte and Rue Jacob, (just in case you need a macaroon fix).

Samira is now in Evian, France and I think she's giving classes there now.
