Butter Chicken??
« on: December 15, 2010, 02:01:54 am »
Would someone be able to PM me the Butter Chicken recipe from the Indian Cookbook? I tried the one in the EDC last night and it was very bland and the kids complained it was the wrong colour!! I've noticed on here that lots of people say the Indian version is better. I've only had Thermie a month and so can't quite afford to buy anymore cookbooks just yet  :) Thanks

Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could pm me the recipe for Butter Chicken from the Indian cookbook please as I would like to try it instead of the EDC version. Thanks.

Thanks heaps, I heard the one recipe was a bit tastier than the other, eventhough I have never tried Butter Chicken before.

The indian butter chicken is beautiful I had never eaten it before either. The chicken stroganoff in the EDC is also lovely it is called Beef Strog in the book.

If you post it CP63, you will have to post the tikka paste too as they go and in hand.  I have both of them already typed up in my pm box and can send them on if you prefer.  Just let me know what you decide to do.
