DJ, Djinni said she has made half quantity - her 2 jars lasted 2 weeks she said so not sure if she meant they ate it all in 2 weeks or it has a fridge life of 2 weeks.

Ok thanks.

I asked MJ directly.

Now think mine is too runny.

Will recook with more flour, or cornflour and MJ says it lasts 3 months in fridge.

I recooked mine today and added another two tsps flour mixed in a wee bit milk.
Cooked another 20 mins on a mix of 80 and 90'.
It is definitely  thicker and I only got 4.5 pots after re cooking and repotting.

Sorry guys, I've actually modified it myself as I found it rather thin, but have not got on here to change my recipe. I've done it now.

Thanks DJ for getting hold of me. I'm only on here occasionally for very brief moments as the new branding for my skincare business is keeping me busy with labels etc.

Made this again during the great egg glut (which is ongoing :D). Makes beautiful egg and lettuce sandwiches on 5 seed bread with fresh lettuce from the garden. Mmmm

:o Just looked back through this topic and discovered I have been making this for more than 3 years. I make half quantities of this during the cooler months as it keeps really well.
