Last night we had salmon, wedges, broccoli & carrots.

Tonight the men are having Cottage Pie with beans from the freezer & asparagus.  Oven baked Curry Pilaf for me.

We are not having this tonight, but they will be on the table in the next day or two RTE's balsamic mushrooms (the recipe just came through today in my emails) they look so delicious, my mouth is watering.

They did look delicious Marina.
We had chicken in pastry with feta, Sundried tomatoes and spinach. I made Colcannen using the Cookidoo recipe. It was nice.
