Chookie, this is so lovely and quick and easy. I made a batch and made them into mini rolls for soup and I put them in DD's lunch with her salad. Thank you.

Fantastic Cookie - how long do you have to cook those tasty morsels?  I only get a dozen with the size I make them and I'm sure DH would prefer them to be smaller.  I could then eat 2 or 3 at a go  :-)) :-))

Great looking bread rolls Cookie, they look as though are ready to go into a glossy magazine article. ;)

I cooked them for about 20 minutes Judy. But my oven seems to cook things very quickly. The rolls were 30g of dough (roughly).

Sorry this might be a silly question but what sort of flour do you use.
Can't wait to make these.

look for 'bread flour' in the supermarket. its a stronger flour apparently than the normal plain flour.

Making bread is a bit like owning a Thermomix, you become addicted.
