He is getting better as he is driving me mad  :D

I am going to leave him at his grandmothers so I can go grocery shopping, or we will be going hungry LOL

Thank you for your kind thoughts

Good idea,  that's what my kids do,  leave the sick kids with us,  and we love it.  Usually not so sick by the time we get them. ;D ;D

Auds I always use what we call here in the UK  "Strong Bread Flour" I think you call it "Bakers Flour" in Oz.I bake on average 4-5 loaves a week,it's a superb recipe  ;)

Thanks all for the tips.  Just one more question how many rolls should I divide it into - never done this before also the dough isn't nice and rounded yet.  Will that matter.

I just made it for the first time in cold rainy Sydney. The dough took an hour to rise the first time, but not so long the second time. Made apprx 14 dinner rolls. Yummy!

Great advice from every one. ;D Usually 8 to 12 rolls,  as Uni said, depends on size.  Let double in bowl,  for best result temperature should be between 20 to 25 c.   Takes longer if colder.  Look for somewhere warm in the house. When you heat the oven,  put a dish with about 1 cup of water in it in the bottom of the oven. Most of all have fun and don't fuss if you mess it up. ;D ;D
