Yes Cookie, it is a nice loaf.  I often make it when I need the oven heated up for baking.
Today was a strange day.  Didn’t us the TMX at all.  Can’t remember when that last happened.

Milk chocolate banana cake from Us cookidoo, mini cheese scones - meals in a flash , sesame sticky chicken - meals in a flash . Chicken was nice used soba noodles instead of rice .

I will have to try that with mine next time Chookie.
This is the custard fruit cake. I had a tiny piece and it is very nice. DH and DD both like it.
A bit undercooked in the centre but still nice.

That’s exactly what I say Judy. However with no thermomix in the van DH is eating it as it is. I don’t take the thermomix away when it’s only 4 nights.

Preparing SD for 2 loaves.  One heavy and dark, Danish.  The other SD olive.
Will also give TMX a workout making Protein Balls.
