I've made my Non-fried Fried Rice,Date & Banana muffins for GK's and some Chocolate Biscuits from FoodDaily website. Nice texture but not overly sweet, don't think GK's will like them, too bad DH & I will have to eat them.

Judy, love the upside down photos. ,!
Made SD hot cakes and added a handful of dried cranberries. These have lemon and coconut added and are very nice toasted.
Made traditional Fried rice and garlic prawns for dinner and KFC and salad sandwich for lunch.
Can't seem to get my head around baking at the moment so really enjoying reading what members are cooking.

Just a thought with the upside down photos -what happens if you turn your ipad around when taking the photo?

I actually read that last night when I looked up an old thread about hints and tips for iPad users Jamberie. I'm still having issues with the whole process but will continue to work on it.

I've tried that Jamberie, but then the screen just rotates. Possibly if you locked the screen and did it. I don't know.

I made an Apple and Walnut loaf from the Women's Weekly (it is a Julie Goodwin recipe) and a loaf of bread that uses 100g of SD and 1 teaspoon of yeast. My starter needed refreshing so I made this.

I made Alyce's Spicy Pork Balls again they are delicious. This time I made sure to remove all the sinew from the pork( this tends to wrap around the blade). The recipe States they are nice hot or cold and it is true. I haven't used 5 spice much before but with the ginger and a little chilli it makes a very tasty dish.

...and a bay leaf tree, and a plum etc. we had a lot of fruit trees at our previous house and after about 15-20 years the white ants killed them.
