Quick (flat) bread rolls with spag bol sauce and cheese on top (DS x2 and DD love these), jam muffins, chicken patties and salad.

I've had a bad dose of insomnia today so I was up making bagels at 1.30 this morning...really yummy breakfast with sundried tomato dip out of the EDC.  I've been scanning my copy of Margaret Fulton's cookbook and have got the urge to make some of her muffins later today.

I have just made some daily bread and also a new recipe for rye bread. Ill post if it tastes nice and works out.

Djinni, love the flat bread rolls :D

Stacelee, that was a productive thing to do, well done. Hopefully you don't fall asleep making your muffins ;)

I'm trying to make the tart recipe that Marie sent me, but the carpenter is trying to work in the kitchen so we keep getting in each other's way :-\ Hopefully I'll get it done soon then I can post the conversion :D :D
