I should be making more Worcestershire sauce soon as well.  The last lot I made is just about finished - it must be 3 - 4 years since I made it and it is still OK (well, at least we are still alive to tell the tale so I assume it is OK).  Which recipe did you use Margaret?

Marina I use the recipe on the forum.  If you click on the highlighted name in my post it will take you to the recipe.

I made cauli-au-gratin, zucchini and carrot timbales, prepared a batch of chicken Kiev’s and baked a blueberry cheesecake for our Saturday night dinner. I’ll be eating the veggie part of the meal + dessert.

Thanks for the link to Worcestershire Sauce, Margaret, that looks like the recipe I have used in the past, but had forgotten to note it down - I have now rectified that!

Judy you have prepared a lovely spread.
I’ve become lazy and haven’t been making my own sauces.
I made some biscuits yesterday that were plain with mixed fruit and almonds in. They are from an old cookbook created in Morawa.

I made a quiche for dinner tonight, some boiled salad dressing and some pesto from the last of the basil in the garden.  I have never made pesto before, DH thought it was ok I think it needed some more salt. I've frozen it in ice cube trays in the freezer.

SD starter hasn’t lost it kick. Made a lovely loaf topped with Sesame seeds. Then 3 baguettes. Friend for afternoon tea. Loved the Green tomato spice cakes, baked in AF.

Nothing yet, but it’s only 11am. I plan to do a Classic Loaf and some biscuits.

Crab & scallop fritters.  Curried eggs with extras to have on my cruskits.  Stuffed pumpkin.  I found a small piece of pumpkin in the fridge so decided to make some vegetable filling for it and then baked it in the oven.  Very tasty.
