Last night I made strawberry fruity dream after dinner . Didn’t use sugar as they were sweet enough. Love the mousy texture.

Revived some Spag Bol from the freezer. Always seems to need more tomato after being frozen.
Made Baba Ganoush. Added pinch of chili flakes.
Asked Gym instructor what he had for his wife for Valentine’s Day. He said he had been warned off as they are saving for an OS trip. I gave him a bottle of sweet chilli sauce.

Need to make more bread. Gave the last lot away. Zucchini falafels. Use up the last of home grown zucchini. More plum jam. Added mixed berries this time.

I made some French Onion Soup today and then stewed some apples that had been sitting around for a while.

DF has a small cumquat tree in a pot, I picked the 250 g of ripe fruit from it yesterday and made 1/2 batch of TM ESSENTIAL’s recipe of marmalade
https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14637.msg332461#msg332461
With the high sugar content I’m not sure if DF will want it otherwise it will go to my SIL who loves it.

Just stuff for dinner.
Yesterday we made lots of things in the AF. Scones, meatballs, wontons which we steamed first and then baked, chicken wings, potato hash browns.
