Chocolate brownie, berry muffins, mini pizzas, lemon curd.

Might do something else bread-based. the cheesymite scrolls were a hit with the kids. Maybe.
but I am sewing a bag for a swap on another forum so might do some of that instead...

Astra that all looks wonderfully.

I have just pureed tomatoes, made a moroccan spice blend and now have combined them with apricots, lemon honey and an onion poured over goat chops for Moroccan Goat in the slow cooker can't wait to get home tonight.

Playing around with making jam without sugar.  In the TMX.  Seems to be working. Will taste again when cold and if OK will post recipe.   Chicken Noodle soup for lunch.  Turkey cottage pies for Dinner. Made JulieO's version of the Swiss Carrot Cake from UK site. Used Xylitol in place of sugar.  Good result.
Rosie the rolls look good.
Judy ,  you have been busy.

Just made a milo thickshake - needed to get the ice cream out of the freezer (well that is my excuse, anyway... ;) )
Made the no bake lime cheesecakes from here yesterday in muffin size.
Also made a zucchini slice but DH came home and bit the edge of it while it was cooling, so I now need to make another one! Lucky I have alot of home-grown zucchinis in my fridge and garden!!  :D
:D

Thanx Amy - the cheesecakes are DELICIOUS!!  :D
Miss6 wanted one in her lunchbox today - but I had already packed her lunch so she didn't get one! (And I know if I got one for her I'd get myself 1...or 2...or 20!!)
