Delicious with lime. Really should stop baking when the boys are in bed.

Back home now and just want to cook. Think I might make this again. Glad you all like it. BZB, that big one looks perfect.

Made this last night & yum a real winner, even with me not following the directions & putting flour in first 😄

Thanks, Cookie. Both home this afternoon. Has finished all tests but won't know results until next week, Tuesday. Have just tested for Cholera and parasites. Still not a lot better. They really don't know. Happy to be home , like we all are when not well.

Made this again as we had DH parents over & was a winner. My MIL had seconds & she is not a desert lover. Followed the instructions this time & still didn't end up with crumble but it doesn't seem to matter.

Made this again, at the spur of the moment. DH had lunch date with his parents who are visiting from Sydney. I was stuck at home as DS11 is not well.
Decided to make this superb and oh-so-easy treat just 45 mins before he left the house!
He came back with a clean plate
Thank you, Chookie xx
