New kid on the block
« on: August 18, 2016, 12:50:05 am »
Hi All

I am Allen from Lawrenceville GA. (Georgia) USA, I just order my TM5 and should be getting it next week, I am looking forward to play with my new toy. I love cooking and I cook of my wife and myself daily and cook for big group also, I have 6 kids all grown up now and 10 grand-kids so far. I have been looking at the Thermomix for couple of years and just found out that they are now being sold in the USA. 8) I have a lot to learn and am looking forward in trying some dishes for other parts of the world.

Anyway thanks for letting me join this great group.
Allen

Hi Allen,
Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will enjoy  your TM. My parents are dam Yankees, you know the ones that move down south and won't go home. They live not far from the Georgia border near Aiken South Carolina.

You will find the forum a friendly place where everyone is happy to help.

Hi Allen,

Welcome. I moved here (Charlotte, NC) from Australia a couple of years ago and recently ordered a TM5 too. I owned the previous model TM31 in Australia. This is a VERY helpful and friendly forum.

Enjoy your TMX journey.
