Review of Beef Madras from Nifty but Thrifty
« on: September 29, 2015, 04:49:40 am »
This is really tasty. It isn't that hot and doesn't really have too many spices in it. My DH who hates cumin really loved this dish.
A word of warning, make sure you make the Landsdale Curry first. This is also a handy curry powder to have. Tenina has said that others have their curry powder named after where they live, so she named this after where she lives.
I actually made mine in the slow cooker. I used skirt steak and left out the stock.
5/5 from us.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
