Many years ago this silverbeet salad was in one of the newspapers here in WA and was enjoyed by family and friends.
5 large silverbeet leaves, de-stalk, wash and spin dry
1 medium carrot, grated
1 medium pear (or apple), chopped or cubed (sprinkle with lemon)
1 cup bean shoots
1 cup sultanas or craisens
1/3 cup French dressing
sprinkling of sesame seeds
Chop or pull apart silverbeet leaves into large bowl.
Add carrot, bean shoots, sultanas, pear and toss to mix.
Add dressing to coat and sprinkle with seeds.
