Easy Mini Pizza Appetizers
« on: July 31, 2013, 08:25:28 am »
I just picked up this idea from this facebook page

Using an old vege / fruit tin (c. 440 g size) cut out pre-cooked tortillas, place into a muffin tin, fill with whatever fillings you have then bake at 180° for approx. 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and tortillas have started to crisp.

For more recipes from this person, check out this pinterest page.

I haven’t looked at the pinterest link yet, but I think there could be some interesting recipes here.

I make little mini pizzas using a cookie cutter and cutting out of a slice of bread. I try very hard to squeeze 2 shapes out per slice.

It's very much the same thing, CP, and I am sure there are loads of adaptations, just seemed like a good idea to post this version.
