I really enjoyed this for dinner tonight, but I did change the recipe slightly

I made the sauce first and used it to marinade my tempeh for a few hours. I'm glad I did that because I think the tempeh would have been a bit bland otherwise.
I also added a lot more vegetables

And after the steaming had finished, I emptied the water from the TMX bowl and heated my sauce/marinade for a few minutes on speed 4

I thought it was really yummy and really easy. I'll be making this again in the future since we are eating more vegetarian meals
