These little beauties are my new favourite dessert recipe! I bought some dariole moulds especially for this dessert, and I'm glad I did as I've found a few other recipes to use them. Beauty of them is, the 8 dariole mould I bought fit perfectly into the bottom of the varoma. It was meant to be!

These tasted as good as the photo looks...maybe even better!
I served mine as suggested with lemon curd and, just for pure decadence with a swirl of berry coulis (EDC)
