Fantastic photos cookie!  Watch out for the really big roos out there ........ we had a run in with one many years ago on the Nullabor, and we (well our car did) came off second-best

DJ it is mainly wheat, barley, oats that is being harvested. Some is Canola ( rape seed) , a little faba beans and I think a few chick peas.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
