I have awful memories of saveloys, they used to make me very ill.  Don't know what was in them but it certainly didn't agree with me.

Prosciutto, feta and fig sandwich with multigrain sourdough. I made the bread and feta so very pleased with myself. I find lunchtime at work turns into 'show and tell' for thermomix as there are three of us who own one and a few I suspect who are very tempted.....   One of our staff has become very popular with her thermomix vanilla slices for morning tea.
