Thanks everyone - we had a lovely day, lots of laughs and very relaxing.

Simple lunch with visitors today - weber pork loin roast, turkey roll, jacket potatoes.  Salads provided by one of my guests, bread rolls I used the Vienna loaf recipe.  Dessert was lime pannacotta, lemon myrtle ice-cream, caramelised white chocolate bark & balsamic strawberries - lots of yums during the eating of these  

Only Judy would describe that as a simple lunch!
It looks amazing and I'm sure it was greatly enjoyed by all your visitors.

Sandwiches; DW's is silverside on a homemade roll and mine is silverside on pumpernickel.

I made sandwiches for mum and SD. Roast pork, avocado, tomato, lettuce and homemade beetroot relish

Still deciding what I'm going to have. Maybe just a couple of scrambled eggs

We had franks in buns with sauce/mustard/cheese spread as wanted.

Lunch at the in-laws today (who surprised me by being home when I went to do the mail collection/move cars/open curtains etc thing) ... we had sausages and spaghetti.

I had a small amount of pork loin roast left (180g) so made this recipe for curried minced pork for lunch - it's a bit like a risotto but uses long grain rice.

Roast beef and salad sandwich with some coleslaw and an apple.

Leftovers for me. DS5 ham, cheese and Tom sauce sandwich. DS4 ham, cheese and gherkin relish (ugh) sandwich.
