Carers' meeting today which coincided with my cleaning day this month so I was happy that Geoff had a male to talk to.  At my request he cleaned all my fans - very happy about that. Visitors later in the afternoon - where did the day go :-))

If you find out where the day went, please let me know too Judy!  ;)

Today was so busy and gone in a blink! School runs, looking after not well daughter, mail and paper collections for family members who are away ATM, shopping, cleaning, general housework ... doesn't sound like much but somehow seemed to be run off my feet today.  :-\  2hrs out at the school probably didn't help either  :-))
:D

Maddy, can you contact the organizers of the event, they would have had insurance...

They would have public liability coverage, but I'm sure the theft side of it would fall under my insurance.
Had I not got my phone back, I would have filed a police report & proceeded to claim.....but I won't bother for just the jacket & chair....the insurance excess and paperwork Is just not worth the bother.

Oh....and I got my first paying order for cake pops tonight  :).....a 10 year old girls Birthday, and she loves pink  :P.....up my alley or what  :D
.........EAT CAKE!

Great news Maddy, a perfect job for you ;D ;D
Shame about your jacket and chair, but lucky you got your phone back. At least there are some honest people out there :)

Astarra, sounds like we need to add a couple of extra hours to each day for you :D

Going to Mandurah this morning for 3 or 4 days with SIL's mum from Zimbawe. They all went to Margaret River last week but only the 2 of us going today. Looking forward to spending time with her as we always have lots of laughs together. Not planning on cooking  ;D

I just been out pulling out some weeds in my sadly neglected veggie garden the rabbits or possums have eaten four kale plants down to the stalks,  looks like I will have to rig up some wire around the garden.

I have some sourdough bread rising. It is so warm that it is growing very fast.
