Yesterday was another beautiful day. Today the same, I hope.

Hello all, great weather here, not hot or cold.
My new pantry room is nearly finished, so I can load it up on the weekend.
Huge shelves for bulk stuff, small shelves for shampoos, conditioners, cleaning stuff. :D
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Good morning everyone.

I did get all the outside of the windows washed yesterday.  The man came to measure up for the outside blinds and another workman came to look at another job that needs doing.

I'll do a little bit of gardening today and then tidy out one of the cupboards inside.

Well, just when you think you are getting on top of things, life throws a couple of curve balls at you.
Now trying to get things back on track.

Planted out a couple of garden beds a little while back but we have had to put up a bigger fence around the garden to keep the chooks out. The fence is Omlet brand, designed to keep chooks in their place 8). This lot are very hungry, determined girls. Anyway, so far so good. We may get to eat some of the spinach and lettuce ourselves in a week or two  :-)) And the tomatoes can grow back their leaves and maybe bear some fruit lol.

I like my life to run along smoothly Gayle. When the curve balls arrive you seem to get several at once and life really gets turned on it's head. We have had about 10 days of that and I think we are back on track now. ......hopefully.

OMG, I hate curved balls. Seem to have had a few this week. Bit of a control freak so don’t cope well.
Djinni and Cookie hope you cope ok.

A colder day here today. I might have to find my gloves as it was chilly walking Chance this morning.

Great going on getting your windows washed Margaret.

Sorry hear you have had troubles this week Gayle, Chookie and Cookie. Sending hugs :-* :-*

Thanks Cookie, Cookie and CC :-*
Cookie glad to hear you are back on track. Any more trips in the pipeline?
Chookie I hope things work out for you soon. Your new place looks gorgeous.
I have just saved some DASH recipes to try. Not sure what the family will think  :-)) DASH is Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. Sounds a bit naff but it looks great, easy to follow with proven results. "DASH Diet Ranked best diet for 7th year in a row by US News & World Report. Also Best for diabetes, heart health, and healthy eating. Originally designed to lower blood pressure, the DASH diet is also very effective for weight loss, lowering cholesterol, and managing or preventing diabetes." from http://dashdiet.org/default.asp
Will let you know how it goes :)

Hi friends.
I got caught in a rain squall this morning walking Chance. Boy what an experience!! We were out in the middle of nowhere, Chance and I put our heads down and carried on. By the time we got back home the sun had come out and it's been a glorious day since LOL I wonder what tomorrow will bring??

That weather sound "invigorating" CC - i.e. gives you the energy to make a sprint for home!

Mab, well done with the windows.
CC, not a nice surprise.
Djinni, look forward to hearing how you go with the Dash diet. Looks good.
Went to Melbourne yesterday to pick up the remaining 4 chairs. Good trip via Lygon St. for lunch and Readings. Traffic not too bad as we travelled in the middle of the day.
