Good morning everyone, daylight savings around already. We have a long weekend here in S.A.
How good were the Tigers yesterday, the best team on the day and they deserved their win. I felt for the Crows supporters though, been there done that myself so know how disappointing a poor performance can be.

Not a footy fan but do like to watch the Grand Final.
Big shop yesterday . Find it difficult to buy good fresh fish in Ballarat. Ended up buying frozen Australian fish, (prawns, salmon, trout and whiting) we don’t buy any Asian produced fish as we saw the fish farms when we travelled to Asia. Have to read the small print very carefully as some Asian fish is packaged in NZ and some American fish is packaged in China.

Hi Friends,
It's been a dull damp day here today.

That is beautiful Chookie. I would linger a long time with that view.
We are like you with Asian fish. You are so right about some NZ and Australian fish being packed overseas. We used to buy some lovely whiting fillets from Victoria. The last pack we bought (some time ago) was packed overseas.

Lovely photo Chookie. Is the tree a cherry tree?
A dry day here today.

Morning all.
CC, I think it is a flowering Cherry. No fruit but the blossoms last a long time.
Yesterday was a perfect Spring day. I spent a few hours in the veggie garden planting out lettuce and covering the garden bed with bird netting.

Good morning everyone. A beautiful spring morning here.
I might think about washing a couple of windows today. We need to replace a couple of old outdoor window blinds this year and the windows need a good clean.

Hi all, been busy with an interstate visitor for a day and a night. Sat chatting from 4 - 11 pm last night, today I took her to Costco (impressed enough to make her want to come back to Adelaide to live) then onto the nursing home to catch up with Mum & DH and have lunch there. A flying visit but so good to catch up with my dear friend.
A perfect day here as well, so nice to wear a sleeveless top.
Your flowering cherry tree is beautiful Chookie and in a perfect spot to appreciate over breakfast.

We have a flowering Cherry Tree too Chookie but the blooms don't last long in the windy weather.
Your windows will be sparkling after you attack them Margaret
Great having a friend to stay Judy. A friend takes me to Costco occasionally, I'm always amazed at what you can buy in the store. Enjoy the warmer weather.
A sunny dry day here. Managed to dry my washing outside.
