Judy, will post some photos of Mushrooms.
This is the stack of 100 blocks. If covered they keep growing. Even underneath.

These are the top ones.

That's amazing being able to go 'mushrooming' every day in your own back yard Chookie. Thanks for the photos to explain it.

Morning all.
Very wet here at the moment and we are in for a rough day.
I have decided to dry a lot of mushrooms today.

Bit dampish here just now and probably will be on and off most of the next couple of days.

Chookie, you are going to be sick of the sight of mushrooms before you have exhausted all those bags of compost!

Thanks Obbie about freezing the mushrooms. Not much room in the freezer but will try and squeeze in a few to see how the go.

I understand the mushroom compost now Chookie, thanks for the photos.
We have had a couple of wet and wild days here. Wednesday was quite horrid. I had to go to the physio so decided to go to Tenina's favourite shop Weigh n Pay which is also north of the river. The rain was so heavy I couldn't see the road or even hear the GPS. I ended up turning down a side street and parking with my lights on until it eased. Another squawl hit when I was on the freeway going home, but at least I knew where I was.

Cookie, I understand about the rain. I came out of Aldi , it was spitting a bit then the cloud opened and down it came.  I looked like a wet cat but couldn't help laughing. Everyone was squealing as they tried to open their cars.
