Like all the others; its the best purchase I have ever made and I don't regret the price, in fact I think it very soon paid for itself when I consider what I have made and the time saved.  One day this week I forgot I had to take a plate when almost ready to go so on with the oven and had a batch of muffins sitting on the bench in under half an hour. I just decided I felt like sausage in a bun for a quick dinner tonight so on with the dough, rest half an hour and into the oven. I could go on all day about the good things but you get the message. There are some wonderful recipes on here for you to try so no need for bland food. Go for it.

Thanks everyone. I have been borrowing my friends 3rd machine (she is a consultant) for past 3 weeks... Hubby has finally been convinced that I NEED one, and it's on order. I am just freaking out that I have now committed to the big investment and worried I won't be able to produce the goods. My food has come out a bit bland, just hoping as I learn to use it more, my food knowledge will improve and so will the flavour

I think most of us felt like that when we committed, but once it arrives you stop worrying.  I'm pleased you have found this forum, it was the second best discovery and will keep you on track.

Morning all.
MF good to see you are ok.
Judy, get some sleep. You are a very busy person and need it.
A quiet week for us, I hope.
Friend interested in a Thermo so did a little demo.  Went home with Cashew Mayo, 2 second salad, jam and bread.  All made in Thermo.

Good afternoon/evening friends.
Good morning Britain.

We had a torrential overnight and the footpaths were terribly muddy this morning walking Chance. :P  More rain this afternoon :-))

'morning everyone.

Just back home after four days in Darwin where we had perfect weather, followed by four days in Brisbane where we got very wet but had some beautiful meals at the Story Bridge Hotel restaurant.  At work for four days then off on holidays again for 5 days with BIL and 2 SILs!

One SIL wants fish so now I have to find an appropriate recipe - I am told varoma is great for fish so will see if I can find a suitable recipe on here (being a non-fish eating vegetarian, any hints, tips, ideas would be greatly appreciated - thanks!)

Morning all.
Lovely and cool here.
Marina, I think I have posted a couple of fish in Varona recipes. I think one is based on a Neil Perry recipe. Easy and nice.
CC, does sound wet and squishy.
