Goodmorning everyone  ;D
Hi CC  ;D

Cuilidh, hope the computer sorts itself out, nothing worse than a computer playing up and not being able to get on the forum  :(

Chookie, I have downloaded the last two copies of the Dish magazine on my ipad and I think in the first one, there was a recipe using rhubarb raw in a salad.  It is salted first and was wondering if anyone has tried rhubarb that way before?

Good morning Marina, i think we had a storm here overnight, i went to bed at 7.30 and didn't hear a thing lol

Sounds like you are sleeping better uni.

Love all the weather reports. I is 26.3 in my bedroom and looks like about 30  and sunny it will be.

Wish I could send you some fine weather CC.

Emme when. I was a kid my sister and I used to steal rhubarb from a neighbour, sit on our stoop and eat it with salt.

Morning all.
Gert , just a little warm weather would be nice.  I haven't planted up the garden for Summer yet.
Marina,  that's all you need. Hope a little rest does the job.
Emme,  I'll check that recipe.  I noticed it when I read the recipes and like you thought it strange.  Gert,  was that just a thing kids did,  ( eating raw rhubarb) or was it a common practice?
Uni,  nice to have a good sleep.

I'm not to sure about the raw rhubarb either. I wonder how it would feel on the teeth?
